Return ProceduresNechville Musical Products warrants the Heli-Mount banjo against defects in material of craftsmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. If defective parts are returned to Nechville Musical Products, they will be repaired or replace without cost, other than shipping cost. Any related labor that is required for repair or reassembly will be performed at no charge for the first year, and at one-half the usual shop charge for subsequent warrantee repairs. If you are not entirely pleased with you new purchase, call us within 10 days of receiving it and we'll fix it or refund your money less shipping costs, (or a small processing fee if you made your purchase with Visa or MasterCard). |
